Ferulic acid serum is typically used once a day, either in the morning or at night. Many choose to layer it under their makeup in the morning. It is simple to apply. Use the dropper to drop a small amount of ferulic acid on your skin. Use either your fingers or applicator to gently spread the serum across your face and (if desired) neck.
The serum is usually applied first right after cleansing, followed by the rest of your products such as moisturizer, sunscreen, etc. It does not require reapplication throughout the day. Most use the serum just once a day.
It is important to store your serum correctly to prevent it from breaking down prematurely. Keep in a cool, dark place and do not remove it from the dark colored bottle. Doing so can reduce the potency of ferulic acid serum.
